Some regions have not combined with local reality and demand, blindly engaged in "one size fits all" and pursued superficial quantitative work. Moreover, due to the large scale of the project and the rush to get on the horse, the intelligent fire protection construction has little effect, and even causes the waste of human, financial and material resources. In addition, one of the important supports of intelligent fire protection construction is the establishment and grid connection of fire Internet of things, and the main force of fire Internet of things is the fire product manufacturer. How to attract the investment of enterprises to participate in the construction and how to make full use of social resources in many aspects also need better guidance. Therefore, it is particularly important to promulgate policies in time, do a good job in top-level design, and reform the overall planning of fire protection work. On May 30, 2019, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council jointly issued the opinions on deepening the reform of fire law enforcement, putting forward five aspects and 12 main tasks (5 + 12) of fire law enforcement reform.
At present, there are still big problems in the construction of local intelligent fire-fighting platform. In data collection, the processing system is decentralized and independent, which is easy to cause "information island". Data barriers among different levels, departments and systems have not been broken through, and linkage mechanism has not been formed. Data access needs to be approved layer by layer, which makes the analysis and decision-making in fire-fighting and rescue in a difficult situation and easily delays the best time. On the other hand, the way of data arrangement and input is single, and because the collection task is relatively heavy, the secondary input and other irregular phenomena occur from time to time. In addition, intelligent fire-fighting lacks systematic utilization of existing data resources, various monitoring systems and video resources of high-rise residential buildings, external data "for our use", transmission data "co governance and sharing", fire-fighting and rescue command, dispatching, analysis and decision-making "one map", and the establishment of intelligent fire-fighting early warning system is difficult.
Therefore, the construction of intelligent fire cloud platform and the realization of cloud and systematization of fire work can realize the fast and accurate fire work and improve the safety factor. Give full play to the pivotal position of intelligent fire-fighting platform in fire-fighting accident handling, integrate multiple sectors, and develop multiple businesses, such as real-time display of application and business functions such as remote fire-fighting monitoring of urban Internet of things, real-time command of one map, data view, and data fusion analysis results, and real-time display of key units of urban fire-fighting safety, high-rise buildings, large-scale urban complex, and industry The fire control monitoring information of the park, underground buildings and other places shall be accurately grasped, and the real-time dispatching, decision-making and information feedback shall be fully supported, the decision-making and dispatching of fire fighting vehicles shall be assisted by the commander, so as to improve the overall unified dispatching and command level of fire fighting actions.
