Requirements of signal system in Metro dispatching and command center

In recent years, more and more new metro lines have been opened in large and medium-sized cities in China, and the metro network is more and more developed and perfect. However, some problems have been exposed in the initial operation of the new line. Among them, as the nerve center of the subway transportation organization, the subway dispatching command center is of great significance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the subway. It should be involved in the construction stage of the new metro line project in advance to lay a solid foundation for the opening and operation of the new metro line.


The signal system of Metro dispatching command center shall meet the following requirements:
·The signal equipment shall meet the requirements of subway operation environment.
·Equipment related to traffic safety shall conform to the fault safety principle.
·With high safety and reliability, to ensure continuous work. Effective redundancy technology shall be adopted for computers and networks of main driving equipment, and undisturbed switching shall be achieved.
·Necessary monitoring system shall be considered for signal equipment to conduct real-time detection, fault and over limit alarm for signal equipment operation status.
·The signal system shall have the protection performance against electrical and other interference.
·The signal system has the following control levels:
-Automatic control of control center;
-Manual intervention control in automatic control of control center;
-Automatic station control;
-Station manual control.

·The control priority shall follow the principle that station manual control takes precedence over center manual control, and center manual control takes precedence over control center automatic control or station automatic control.
